Service Fee

This covers the cost of traveling to your site and conducting a preliminary assessment of the issue. A fee of $3 per mile will be incurred for each additional mile beyond 25 miles from my nearest dispatch point to the location of your coach. Return Trip A return trip may be needed depending on parts and repairs. If a return trip is required the trip cost is reduced to $60 per trip after the initial trip.
Unserviceable Items
I do not do any diagnosing or repairs on the following: * Motors * Chassis * Transmissions * Windshields & Wipers * Broken Glass * Generators * Solar * Tires & Wheels * Bodywork
Labor Rate
$150
Warranty Rate
$275/$120
This includes the time spent working on your RV, as well as any necessary diagnostic testing and parts installation. The billable rate starts upon arrival. Estimates are based on industry standard hourly rates. However, each job is different, and the actual time billable may vary. *Each initial visit has a 1 hour minimum charge for labor plus the service fee. After the initial hour, I charge in 30 minute increments. Â Insurance/Warranty rates are $275 per billable hour due to the extra time and manpower needed to coordinate the repair.
After Hours/Holidays
Service calls outside of business hours and/or on holidays will be at double the normal rate for service calls & hourly labor rate.
